Sales Engineer

A sales focused role where you can bring ideas to life. At our engineering firm we  develop technology for prototypes as well as real world Industry 4.0 applications in advanced manufacturing, agriculture, and other industry sectors. This position is responsible for managing the sales process from opportunity identification through contract closure.


  • Lead generation in targeted vertical markets
  • Management of pipeline and contacts in CRM (Insightly)
  • Management of supplier Partner relationships, e.g. quarterly or monthly meetings with forecasts and sales review
  • Creating repeatable package solutions for customers with our suppliers
  • Creating quotes based from customer consultation
  • Customer prospecting including identifying and accessing decision makers in targeted organizations
  • Assist with identifying, outreach to, and building relationships with commercial and technical Partners
  • Assist with managing existing Partners for maximum market penetration and order generation
  • Preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals at appropriate decision-maker levels
  • Validating and communicating value propositions
  • Maintaining awareness of market trends, competitive landscape, and channel strategies
  • Coordinating with project allies and team members (e.g., engineering, accounts)
  • Other tasks and projects as assigned
