Description
The RG6 is a flexible collaborative robot arm gripper with a payload capacity of 6 kg and a stroke of up to 150 mm. Featuring a built-in Quick Changer, it offers intelligence, rapid deployment, and easy customization and programming. The outstanding software capabilities enable intelligent applications across various tasks. Customized fingertips provide extensive gripping flexibility, allowing customers to use a single tool for different parts of the production process, thereby maximizing robot utilization. The RG6 integrates seamlessly with our Dual Quick Changer and other grippers, enhancing the overall efficiency of your robotic systems. TÜV certified, it also comes standard with safety shields for added protection.
The RG6’s Advantages and Features
The RG6 gripper can be paired with the Dual Quick Changer module, which operates on the same principles as the Quick Changer but is specifically designed to accommodate two end-of-arm tooling (EoAT) grippers simultaneously. This allows for the concurrent use of different grippers, such as the RG2 and RG6.
Our innovative robot end-of-arm tooling gripper maximizes the utilization of your robots. By installing the Dual Quick Changer, production time is significantly reduced, as multiple workpieces can be handled at once. Overall, the Dual Quick Changer can boost production efficiency by approximately 50%.
LARGE STROKE
The RG6 automatically detects the stroke at the start of the program, eliminating the need for initialization. Its maximum grip stroke is 150 mm, which is adjustable to suit various applications.
GRIP INDICATIONS
Automatic features such as “lost grip detection,” “grip detected,” “continuous grip,” and “measure width” eliminate the need for manual programming, streamlining the setup process.
CUSTOMIZABLE FINGERTIPS
The gripper’s fingertips can be easily customized to match the shape of the product, ensuring stable and secure gripping.
